In the months following the height of the pandemic, the National Center for State Courts launched the Hybrid Hearings Improvement Initiative to explore the permanent adoption of virtual and hybrid hearings.
Through the initiative, NCSC connected technology partners with select courts from around the country to build and evolve the systems developed during the pandemic. This report provides an overview of the project’s findings and shares examples of how courts are advancing hybrid hearings in various jurisdictions.
