Court Administration Advisors

The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Court Administration Advisors for anticipated Rule of Law programs around the world.

Programs are anticipated in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, Central and South Asia. Job opportunities are contingent upon program funding.

Qualified applicants will have:

Relevant education, training, and professional experience in court administration.
Demonstrated international experience working on court administration reform projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as fluency in an additional language, such as French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic are highly desired.
Problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility needed to perform effectively with limited resources and time constraints.

Judicial Reform Experts

The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Judicial Reform Experts for anticipated Rule of Law programs around the world.

Programs are anticipated in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, Central and South Asia. Job opportunities are contingent upon program funding.

Qualified applicants will have:

Demonstrated experience serving on donor-funded Rule of Law and court modernization programs.
An advanced degree (JD, PhD, LLM, MA/MS) in relevant fields such as Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or Political Science.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with host-country counterparts, client funding agencies and international partners. Experience with U.S. government donor agencies strongly preferred.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility needed to perform effectively with limited resources and time constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English as well as fluency in an additional language, such as French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic are highly desired.
