Learn the roles and responsibilities of a law enforcement (LE) liaison on a treatment court and how to engage LE from a statewide perspective to participate in local treatment courts and in statewide advisory positions to help clarify LE roles and provide statewide advocacy for treatment courts within various LE areas.

Jillian Snider, MPA, MA  produces research and commentary on public policy related to all stages of the criminal justice system: policing, pretrial policy, sentencing, incarceration, juvenile justice, and reentry. Snider is a retired New York Police Department officer and currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at John Jay College, where she teaches in the Department of Law, Police Science and Criminal Justice Administration. In addition, she was recently elected to the Council on Criminal Justice.
