Iowa - Treatment Court Best Practice Considerations

As a direct assistance deliverable for the state of Iowa upon statewide adoption of the newly updated Adult Best Practice Standards, experienced, multidisciplinary practitioners wrote this document to provide an abstract for each standard that discusses the individualized needs of Iowa based on state law, the practicality of implementing certain best practice standards based on state and community resources, and other factors unique to Iowa.
