Webinar: How To Get and Give Good Feedback

-

Join us for the fifth session in the Navigating Leadership Webinar Series.

Effective court leadership requires actively listening to colleagues and staff, considering their viewpoints, and responding thoughtfully. This two-way communication is essential for improving court performance, bolstering morale, and fostering employee engagement. However, leaders may sometimes need guidance on how and when to obtain staff feedback.

Leaders should thoughtfully consider how to use the feedback to improve operations. In this session, Marcus Reinkensmeyer, deputy director for the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts, will discuss strategies for giving and receiving feedback.

The session will also cover examples of how and why courts should employ feedback loops, how the information should be used, and the importance of communicating the message that leadership values staff feedback.
