An effective court leadership team is a cohesive group of individuals who work collaboratively to achieve a shared goal of administering justice fairly and efficiently. They steer organizations toward accomplishing this shared goal by having inspired and empowered members.
These teams consist of individuals who exhibit strong communication skills, show mutual respect among members, and foster a culture of accountability.
In this session, panelists from the Oregon Judicial Department will explore strategies for creating an effective leadership team by leveraging individual strengths, building resiliency, embracing adaptability, and navigating challenges in the complex operations of the court environment.
