Making the Case for Case Coordination (July 2023)
NCSC’s Principal Court Consultant Teri Deal and Cindy Stoltz, a Deputy Court Administrator for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, discuss the case for family-centered case coordination. After an examination of what family-centered case coordination is and the benefits it may bring to courts, Ms. Stoltz discusses the work she is currently leading to formalize case coordination across all case types in Allegheny County, what she has learned throughout this process, and what is next.
