Alecia M. Burke brings over 10 years of experience in effectively leading and managing teams towards achieving organizational goals. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in leadership development, process improvement, facilitation and strategic planning. Her ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and clients has been a key factor in her success. Alecia is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation; she is highly skilled in coaching individuals and fostering their professional development and growth. Through active listening, she gains insight into your unique challenges and aspirations to create a customized coaching plan that aligns with your goals and objectives. She is committed to helping you make transformative changes in your leadership and management style.

Lindsay Hafford is a seasoned court professional with experience developing and guiding statewide initiatives for trial and appellate courts. Her current focus is on leadership and governance, and she brings those principles into her coaching work. Lindsay works with new court leaders and mid-level managers alike to help them identify and work through personal and professional challenges.  She believes that everyone can benefit from talking to an active listener.

Danielle Hirsch loves state courts and all the people who work in them. Her coaching practice is focused to assist court leaders individually or in teams to realize their potential. She leverages her diverse professional background to bring a multifaceted perspective to coaching. Danielle specializes in helping clients build confidence, develop communication and leadership skills, and carve out fulfilling career paths. She is happy to work with court leaders who are new in their roles, mid-career, and/or at senior levels.

 

Kristen Trebil-Halbersma is an experienced court leader who believes in empowering others to leverage their own innate leadership skills. She has worked as a trial court administrator, statewide program administrator and court services director at the Minnesota State Court Administrator’s Office. Her work is focused in court governance, leadership, organizational development, and caseflow and workload management. She welcomes working with new and emerging leaders as well as senior leaders and judicial officers.

Zach Zarnow headshot

Zach Zarnow focuses on increasing access to justice by working at the local and national level to modernize civil legal systems and streamline processes. His experience includes process mapping and simplification, technology adoption and development, and developing legal information and self-help resources. Zach aims to improve the courts for all users while favoring a collaborative, holistic approach. He is available to coach individuals or pairs, and new or experienced court leaders. Prior to joining NCSC, he was program director at the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation and has been engaged in legal system reform for over 10 years.
