We help leaders.

Coaching is a collaborative process between the coach and coaching colleague around a desired area of growth. Rather than giving advice, the coach asks non-judgmental and curious questions to gather information. Through this interactive process, the client can see their situation more objectively and clearly. Coaches believe that their clients hold the answers to most of their concerns within themselves, and their role as coaches is to draw that out.

We know courts.

For over 50 years, NCSC has been sharing its authoritative knowledge and expertise to address current and emerging trends in state court administration. Our Executive Coaching services combine our extensive state court experience with certified coaching practices to help leaders improve their skills, performance, and potential.
