To keep courts well-informed and prepared for the evolution of AI-related technologies, NCSC has created resources that provide guidance, references, and tools to respond to critical and emerging issues related to artificial intelligence in courts.
These resources will help you answer basic questions like “What is AI?” and learn about ways courts can responsibly use AI while ensuring the accessible and fair administration of justice.
