Litigants, judges, staff, partner agencies and the public all engage with courts in different ways – both in person and online. Signage, information kiosks and simplified forms are just a few ways courts are leaning into user-centered design.
The Challenge
Many thanks to the courts that submitted entries to the User Experience (UX) Court Capers Challenge. Our team was impressed with the innovative ways courts are using technology to enhance the user experience.
