The Joan K. Cochet Memorial Scholarship for the Institute for Court Management at the National Center for State Courts is named in memory of Library Resource Manager Joan K. Cochet, who mentored and encouraged students in achieving the status of ICM Fellow. Her service represented the highest ideals of the Center. This fund is dedicated to Joan’s love of learning and assists court professionals pursuing ICM Fellows certification.
By continuing her legacy and passion for discovery, you can make a difference for students and court users today and tomorrow. ICM Fellows, who represent state and trial court administrators, judges, clerks of court, and academic consultants in the United States and abroad, work for the effective and efficient administration of justice.
Your gift will help others experience the personal and professional benefits of becoming a Fellow, and inspire others to achieve the highest level of ICM’s certification just as Joan did throughout her career.
