- Colorado House and Senate conference committee agree on revisions to the state's judicial disciplinary system; constitutional amendment to implement the plan will appear on the November 2024 ballot.
- Colorado legislature approves plan to require almost all criminal proceedings be live-streamed online.
- Missouri legislature approves judicial privacy act; provides in part "No person, business, or association shall publicly post or display on the internet publicly available content that includes a judicial officer's personal information, provided that the judicial officer has made a written request to the person, business, or association that it refrain from disclosing the personal information."
- Texas Senate committee approves constitutional amendment to raise the mandatory age of retirement for state justices and judges from 75 to 79; House had previously approved the measure.
