Minnesota: House advances bill that classifies the personal information of judicial officials as private data and prohibits dissemination of that information

    • Minnesota House advances bill that classifies the personal information of judicial officials as private data and prohibits dissemination of that information; and
    • Vermont Senate is considering a bill that would require judiciary-employed Court Security Officers to provide security at court properties and at other court-related functions for the Vermont Judiciary at the direction of the Court Administrator.

    • South Carolina House and Senate pass differing versions of how to restructure the state's Judicial Merit Selection Commission; and
