Kate Guerrero is a Senior Court Management Consultant with the National Center for State Courts. Prior to joining NCSC, Kate was the Director of Indiana Legal Help where she oversaw the development, collaboration, and implementation of several access to justice initiatives. She is a licensed attorney and registered mediator who, prior to her tenure with Indiana Legal Help, spent several years as a mediator and hearing officer with the Indiana Department of Education where she worked to resolve special education disputes. She was an adjunct instructor in the paralegal studies program at Ivy Tech Community College for over twelve years and has presented on legal ethics and access to justice initiatives at local and national forums
