Lydia Hamblin

Lydia Hamblin, Ph.D., is a Senior Court Research Associate in the NCSC Research Division. Her work focuses on improving quality of justice and administration of state courts through data-driven, best practice methods to support judges, staff, and justice partners through research and practical guidance. This focus is applied to a diverse portfolio of project work, including family and civil justice initiatives, criminal caseflow management, court data standards, problem-solving court performance management and evaluation, and judicial workload assessment. Lydia earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Statistics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
