Rachel L. Buck, M.B.A. is a Senior Court Management Consultant at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), where she applies her extensive expertise to advancing state court operations and technology initiatives. With a career spanning more than a decade, Rachel started working with courts in 2011 at the Pima County Superior Court in Tucson, Arizona. There, she built a strong foundation in case management, data governance, and strategic planning, refining her skills to address the complex needs of the judicial system.
Her expertise in data analysis and governance enables courts to enhance data integrity and utility, while her skills in technology and cybersecurity assessments ensure robust, secure, and future-ready IT frameworks. In addition, Rachel's talent for stakeholder focus group management facilitates effective communication and collaboration among diverse groups to tackle operational challenges. She also conducts in-depth evaluations of case management systems (CMS) to align them with industry best practices and the judiciary's strategic goals.
As a member of ISACA, a global authority on IT governance, and a Cybersecurity Candidate with ISC2, Rachel actively contributes to initiatives that advance technology-driven solutions in the judiciary. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, a Post-Degree Paralegal Certificate, and a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management.
