Technical Assistance Funds for implementing the Recommendations of the CCJ Civil Justice Improvements Committee are available. The National Center for State Courts, in partnership with the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System, has funding from the State Justice Institute to assist state and local courts. To request technical assistance, please complete the Technical Assistance Request Form and email it to us. An NCSC representative will contact you to discuss the request including identification of appropriate experts and the scope of work anticipated.
